  • Is SPOTRAID safe to use?
    A: SpotRaid is 100% safe to use.
  • Does SPOTRAID have an Affiliate Program?
    A: No, however we do have a referral program where for every new member subscribed through you, we reward your account 1000 bonus coins! Get your referral link from your Dashboard.
  • With a Lite subscription, do I have to manually play the next track every time?
    A: Yes. Upgrade to PRO to automate features like next play, next follow, next playlist add and get the added bonus of sleep times to simulate lifelike behavior!
  • Spotify Web Player keeps saying “Oops, something went wrong” and won’t let me execute the next action. What do I do?
    A: If you run into an error with the Spotify Web Player, simply log out of your Spotify and then log back into your Spotify/SPOTRAID account. If that didn’t solve the problem, do the same but also clear your cache/browser history and log back in. You should be ready to rock again.
  • I'm getting a "Not connected to Spotify" error message, but I've clicked the connect button.
    A: Make sure that your browser is not blocking popups. We use a popup to connect to Spotify seamlessly and if popups are blocked, the connection process is being interrupted. Re-enable popups and then try reconnecting again.
  • What kind of Spotify account do I need to use SPOTRAID?
    A: Spotify remote device play, and most web-based Spotify features are limited to Premium Spotify Accounts, because of this reason, SPOTRAID requires that you have a Spotify Premium Account to listen/earn coins.
  • Will my own campaigns show up in my SPOTRAID Player?
    A: No. You shouldn't ever see one of your own campaigns appear in your SPOTRAID Player. This prevents your campaign from being charged for a listen that may not from be a unique user.
  • Does SPOTRAID require I have a connected device to work?
    A: A connected device is not required to get plays, however, you must have a "connected device" in order for SPOTRAID to work correctly as a listener. Connected Devices are any devices currently open and logged in to Spotify. These can include (but are not limited to); If a device is not appearing in your list of available devices to connect to, make sure that the device is powered on, the Spotify App is open, and you are currently logged into your Spotify Account.
  • How do I connect a device?
    A:
    1. Once you're logged in to SPOTRAID, if it's not already loaded, click the option in the navigation titled Dashboard.
    2. Make sure that you have Spotify open and logged in on your device, and that you have previously connected your Spotify Account to SPOTRAID.
    3. Click the button at the bottom of the Connected Device panel.
    4. From the popup menu that appears, select the desired device from the list of your available devices.
    5. Click outside of the popup menu, or click the SELECT button to switch to the selected device.
    6. The Connected Device panel should update to reflect your newly selected device.
  • How many SPOTRAID Coins (SRC) do I earn for listening/following/adding?
    A: You can earn the following amounts for;
    • 90 Second Listen - 1 coin(s)
    • 120 Second Listen - 2 coin(s)
    • Full Song Listen - 3 coin(s)
      (Note: We consider any listen 4-minutes or longer to be a "Full Song Listen".)
    • Playlist Add - 1 coin(s)
    • Artist Follow - 5 coin(s)
      (Note: Unfollowing an artist will result in losing 500 SRC)
  • How many SPOTRAID Coins (SRC) does it cost to get listens/follows/adds?
    A: It costs the following amounts for;
    • 90 Second Listen - 1 coin(s)
    • 120 Second Listen - 2 coin(s)
    • Full Song Listen - 3 coin(s)
      (Note: We consider any listen 4-minutes or longer to be a "Full Song Listen".)

  • How do I add a song?
    A:
    1. Once you're logged in to SPOTRAID, click the option in the navigation titled My Songs.
    2. Click on the ADD SONGS tab located directly above the My Songs list.
    3. Using the Search box, type the name of the Artist you want to search for, and press the [Enter] key.
      (For mobile users, click the Search icon on the on-screen keyboard)
    4. From the list of results, click on the album that has the song you want to add. The track list and album information will be loaded. Clicking the album cover again will close the album.
    5. Click on a song title, or the icon next to a song title to preview the song. Once you've located the song you want to add, click the icon to add the song to your My Songs list.
    6. If the song was added successfully, you'll receive a popup message letting you know.
    7. Click the MY SONGS tab located directly aboe the Search box to view the newly added song.
    8. Before using the song in a Campaign, you must toggle the song as Active.
  • How do I add a campaign?
    A:
    1. Once you're logged in to SPOTRAID, if it's not already loaded, click the option in the navigation titled Dashboard.
    2. Click on the NEW CAMPAIGN button located at the bottom of the My Campaigns list.
    3. Select one of your active songs from the Select a song... dropdown box.
    4. Toggle whether or not you wish to receive playlist adds and artist follows for this campaign.
    5. Select your Campaign Budget type;
      Any Available Coins will keep the campaign running as long as you've earned or purchased enough coins to cover the cost of a Full Play, and any Adds or Follows you may receive, if those options are enabled.
      Set Amount (specify) will run the campaign until you've spent the specified amount of coins. Selecting this option will check to make sure you have the available coins before the campaign can be saved.

      Note: If all adds and follows are enabled, and you are a SPOTRAID PRO user, the maximum cost per full play/add/follow is 12 coin(s). For a SPOTRAID Lite user, the maximum cost per full play/add/follow is 9 coin(s) due to being limited to 120 seconds per play.
    6. Select whether or not the campaign should be active immediately upon being saved.
    7. Click the Save button to save your new campaign.
  • My Spotify For Artists app shows less plays than SPOTRAID, why?
    A: Every play shown on SPOTRAID is a play that was received by another SPOTRAID user. Because each SPOTRAID user must also be a premium Spotify user in order to use the SPOTRAID Player, each listen is 100% legitimate and will be reflected in your Spotify For Artists app once Spotify includes the data in their analytics. The Spotify For Artists app can occasionally take days, or even a week to update and accurately reflect the play counts received through SPOTRAID.
  • I have a SPOTRAID Free account and I can't make a campaign!
    A: SPOTRAID Free accounts must earn a minimum of 500 coins before they can start a campaign of their own. If you've earned more than 500 coins and you still can't start a campaign, contact us for help and we'll get everything working for you.
  • You’ll freeze my campaigns?... Why?
    A: It doesn’t matter if you have a Free account, Lite account, or a PRO account, all users must maintain a minimum of 60 minutes worth of player time in the prior 7-day period (~9 minutes per day), or their campaigns will be frozen. SPOTRAID is a participation-only platform! That’s how the wheel turns. You play, they play, and we all get plays and follows. Thanks for participating!
  • SPOTRAID Known Issues
    The following issues are known to the SPOTRAID Team;
    • Issue: When using Google Chrome (or Chromium) Web Browser, navigating away from the Dashboard while the SPOTRAID Player is playing will not stop the song on your connected device. This is intentional in Chrome and cannot be changed.

      Workaround: Stop the player before navigating away (refreshing, clicking a link, etc).
    • Issue: Users cannot perform certain actions until the new user tutorial has been completed.

      Workaround: Complete the tutorial.
